Badge Request Procedures



If your department is interested in obtaining badges to identify your Staff members, Conference Attendees, participants in fieldwork, or for a special event, The UCR Card Office can supply those needs.

For a nominal Artwork set-up fee and $5 per badge we can personalize a badge for your use


PROCEDURES IN REQUESTING A BADGE DESIGNED FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT
:

  • Submit a Web Recharge for the one-time Artwork Set-up Fee and for the number of badges you are requesting
  • Forward a list to the cardingoffice@ucr.edu for the staff and their titles that will be receiving a badge. This list should include Employee ID Number, or Student ID Number, Last Name, First Name and Title desired on badge. In that same email, please let us know how your department name should show in the right hand side of the header as in the example above.
  • The pictures we have on file will be used for the Badge. Those that do not have a picture on file will need to come to the card office to get their picture taken. If you have pictures of your staff in a jpeg format that are not too close and will allow for us to crop, these can possibly be used.
