Card Agreement

Please read the following information thoroughly. When you use the UCR Card Bear Bucks Account you are agreeing to the following terms of this agreement:
  • It is the responsibility of the UCR Card Holder to monitor their own account balance.
  • The Card Holder is responsible for immediately reporting lost or stolen cards to the UCR Card Office and the Rivera Library. UCR is not responsible for the use of any lost or stolen card.
  • A replacement fee of $20 will be required if any UCR Card is lost, stolen or damaged. Money that is deposited to the UCR Card Bear Bucks Account must be used within the UCR Card program. Refunds will be given on the "Debit" (Bear Bucks) account only for a $5 fee when a student leaves the school. No refund will be given on the vending account.
  • Returned checks are subject to all check collection procedures of the Business Office and a $21.75 fee.
  • The UCR Card is the property of UCR and the use of this card may be revoked at any time.
  • UCR reserves the right to make Changes to the UCR Card Bear Bucks Program.
