1. ELIGIBILITY Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 13 years or older who are enrolled as students at University of California, Riverside (the “Participating Institution”), and who participate in Blackboard Inc.’s Bb One ™ system of purchasing goods and services (“BbOne off-campus merchant”) with their UC Riverside campus debit card program, Bear Bucks (“Campus ID”). Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors of Blackboard Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, related entities, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. SPONSORS: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is the UCR Card office Blackboard Inc. located at University Commons, Suite 249, Riverside, CA 92521 ("SPONSOR").

3. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 AM Pacific Time ("PST") on February 23, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on April 30 , 2007 (“Promotion Period”). Participating students automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry for each purchase made with his/her Campus ID (affiliated with the Participating Institution) at a UCR Bear Bucks BbOne off-campus merchant (see www.ucrcard.ucr.edu for a list of participating merchants) during the Promotion Period. Entries from unauthorized card use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent Campus ID cards are void.

TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION: Hand-print your name, home and email address, city, state, zip, your student ID number and day and evening phone numbers, and the words "UCR Bear Bucks Promotion Sweepstakes" on a 3" x 5" index card, and mail it to: UCR Card Office, Science Library G50, 900 University Ave., Riverside, CA 92521. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 04/30/07 and received by 05/05/07. Enter as often as you wish; however only one entry per postmarked envelope will be accepted. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 7, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the UCR Card Office. Potential Drawing Winners will be notified by phone or email, according to the address on file on or about May 2007. Eligibility, age, and claims made by Prize Winners are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsors.

5. PRIZE: THREE (3) DRAWINGS: Three drawings will be held which will consist of Three (3) Nano 2 GB iPod . Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. Limit one prize per person/household/e-mail address.

6. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and Prize Winners: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, related entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) Prize Winners consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures, and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at their sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or if such entrant repeatedly shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent these Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Any failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such Rules.
