Lost/Stolen Card

If your UCR Card is lost, stolen or misplaced, report it immediately by logging in to your My Card Account to deactivate your card and notify us by calling (951) UCR-Card (827-2273) 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week

If asked to leave a message, your call will be time and date stamped. You are accountable for your card and your account(s) so these procedures must be followed.

This protects your money on the UCR Card Account and your Meal Plan, not your Vending Strip. If you find your card, and it has not been replaced come to the UCR Card Office with your card and it can be reactivated.

A replacement card can be obtained for a fee of $20 at the UCR Card Office located in the Science Library – Ground Floor.

Damaged Cards

If your card is damaged and is demagnetized you can come to the UCR Card office and we will attempt to encode your card. If we are not successful because it is substantially damaged, a replacement card can be obtained for a fee of $20.00
